George E. “Jed” Cvejanovich, Esq.

George E. “Jed” Cvejanovich is a litigation attorney with Schilling & Silvers Property and Accident Attorneys. Jed’s primary practice of law is to represent homeowners in first-party insurance litigation against their insurers who wrongfully deny or underpay insurance claims. Prior to joining Schilling & Silvers Property and Accident Attorneys, Jed spent over five years defending first-party property insurance carriers in litigation, coverage issues, and bad faith issues involving windstorm, water, fire, theft, fraud, and personal liability. Jed now uses this experience to advocate on behalf of homeowners against their insurance companies to secure for them their insurance benefits.

Mr. Cvejanovich was born and raised in Miami-Dade County. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received the book award for the highest grade in his class in both Constitutional Law and in Trial Practice. During law school, he was also an Editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude.
