Additionally, Paula has 15 years of management experience and over 25 years of customer service experience. In 2014, Paula moved to Florida and was a Case Manager for a first party property insurance law firm for 4 years prior to working at Schilling & Silvers. Paula is also a licensed public adjuster for the State of Florida.
In her free time, Paula enjoys spending time with her Chiwawa, Buddy, and is an avid bowler.
